VIOLATION PAYMENT

Parking violations in the Town of Basalt will result in a $60 fee. Please note that unpaid fines may be sent to a collection agency.

As the Town of Basalt's parking operator, Park Basalt has been granted the authority to issue violations and collect violation fines on behalf of the Town of Basalt.

DISPUTING A PARKING VIOLATION

If you were issued a parking violation by Park Basalt and would like to dispute it, your dispute must be submitted online within 10 days of the violation date. Please note, disputes will not be handled in person or over the phone.
